Salary: £64,000 - 104,000 per year Requirements: We have strong, hands-on experience with Microsoft Dynamics 365 across support, configuration, or delivery. We have proven experience managing and supporting D365 environments in a business-critical setting. We have experience working with ERP and CRM systems, ideally integrated with D365. We have experience with cloud platforms, with Azure preferred, particularly supporting D365 environments. We have strong experience managing third-party vendors, including D365 partners and support providers. We have a background in application support, service delivery, or helpdesk management, with exposure to D365 support models. We have experience working within DevOps practices and environments. We have a solid understanding of ITIL processes, including Incident, Problem, and Change Management. We can analyse support data, including D365 tickets and usage, and produce actionable insights. We have excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to engage both technical teams and business users. We have experience delivering D365 transformation or implementation projects, which is desirable. We hold formal project management certification such as Prince2, Agile, or Scrum, which is desirable. We have knowledge of D365 modules such as Finance, Supply Chain, Sales, or Customer Service, which is desirable. Responsibilities: We lead the day-to-day support and operational management of Microsoft Dynamics 365 and integrated applications. We oversee the IT Helpdesk function, ensuring high-quality support across D365 and other business systems. We ensure all tickets, particularly D365-related incidents and requests, are managed within agreed SLAs. We act as the escalation point for complex D365 issues, working closely with vendors and internal teams. We produce weekly service reports, including insights on D365 usage, ticket trends, SLA performance, risks, and improvements. We drive continuous improvement of D365 functionality, performance, and user adoption. We manage and deliver D365-related projects, enhancements, and upgrades. We work closely with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into D365 solutions and improvements. We manage integrations between D365, ERP/CRM platforms, and third-party systems. We collaborate with vendors and partners supporting D365 and associated applications. We operate within a DevOps framework to support continuous delivery and improvement of D365 and other applications.
