Working closely with the Head of Department/Partner, and with experienced Private Client/Family paralegals assisting, the department is now seeking a dynamic and forward-thinking Private Client Solicitor or Chartered Legal Executive to take ownership of a varied caseload covering:
1. Wills
2. Probate
3. Inheritance Tax and Estate Planning
4. Estate Administration
5. Trusts
6. Lasting Powers of Attorney
7. Court of Protection matters
You will ideally have:
8. A minimum of 3 years’ PQE in Private Client law
9. Proven ability to manage a caseload independently with minimal supervision
10. Strong written and verbal communication skills
11. A proactive and client-focused approach
