Join Our Team as a Chef Manager
We’re a multi award-winning contract catering company, serving over 45,500 satisfied customers daily. We now have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Chef Manager to lead our team.
This management role involves overseeing contract operations, liaising with clients to ensure excellent food and service, and managing recruitment, training, and motivation of your team.
You will also be responsible for budgeting, weekly reporting, stock management, and achieving GP and budget targets through good planning, forecasting, and delivering innovative food and service. Your commitment to high standards in hygiene, food safety, and compliance is essential.
As a manager and chef, you will produce outstanding, seasonal, balanced, and nutritious menus, inspired by quality ingredients. Engaging with your team and customers regularly to gather feedback and inspire new ideas is expected.
We value continuous learning, so you will attend forums and Academy workshops to stay updated on food innovation. Regular kitchen presence and customer interaction are important for measuring success and driving sales.
Ideal candidates will have education to City & Guilds 706 1 and 2, NVQ, or equivalent, with a minimum of Level 3 Food Safety qualification and Level 2 Health & Safety. A strong knowledge of Food Safety Management Systems and COSHH is also required.
