Recruitment Consultant to focus on our Business Office Services division. This includes delivering temporary and permanent staffing across:
Business Support - Commercial & Administration
Facilities
Finance
You’ll join a supportive, performing London team with a strong track record and access to best-in-class tools and training.
Grow your client base through business development, networking, and client visits
Manage end-to-end recruitment processes from job brief to placement
Actively source, screen, and match candidates using CRM, job boards, and social media
Create engaging job adverts and social media posts to attract top talent
Own and manage a portfolio of roles, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery
Minimum 1 year experience in recruitment
✅ Competitive salary (£30,000 – £36,000) + uncapped commission
