Key Responsibilities:
Prepare and cook dishes according to the menu and customer specifications
Ensure all food is presented to high standards of quality and appearance
Maintain cleanliness and organisation in all kitchen areas
Assist in menu planning, stock control, and ordering supplies
Monitor food safety, hygiene, and allergen control procedures
Train and support junior kitchen staff as needed
Work efficiently under pressure during busy service times
Contribute ideas for specials and seasonal menu updates
Requirements:
Proven experience as a Chef or in a similar culinary role
Strong knowledge of food safety, hygiene, and kitchen operations
Excellent cooking skills with a creative flair
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong organisational and time management abilities
Relevant culinary qualification or food hygiene certification preferred
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays
