This is an exciting opportunity to join a creative, ambitious business where you’ll play a key role in driving growth, loyalty and customer lifetime value.

Key Responsibilities
* Develop and implement the full CRM strategy across the customer lifecycle
* Manage automated and manual email campaigns across multiple brands
* Create targeted segmentation and personalisation using data‑driven insights
* Lead creative briefing for templates, assets and copy
* Collaborate with marketing, design and external partners to deliver cross‑channel campaigns
* Own day‑to‑day management of the Klaviyo platform
* Monitor KPIs, report on performance and optimise ROI
* Ensure GDPR compliance and data accuracy
* Support and upskill wider marketing team members where needed
The Person:
* 5+ years’ experience in email marketing/ECRM
* Strong Klaviyo knowledge
* Confidence with tracking
* Excellent copywriting and design sensibility
* High attention to detail and strong organisational skills
* Experience in fast‑paced, high‑growth environments
* Ability to interpret data and turn insights into action
