Neos Global Search is delighted to be partnering with a long-standing client and respected market-leader in its field, as we look for a high-calibre Finance Business Partner capable of facing-off with senior leaders in order to raise the bar across business performance.
* Raise the bar and embed critical performance indicators that will demonstrate the business is on track to deliver against its objectives
* Own, interpret and analyse standard/power BI reports, providing insightful commentary and business solutions to problems
* Identify and communicate any potential risks, commercial opportunities and solutions
* To own and challenge the operational cost base and influence management teams on efficiencies savings
* Be proactively involved in advising and providing insightful analysis to stakeholders
* Face-off with senior managers, presenting the financial implications of strategic decisions, business opportunities and other matters.
* Challenging, influencing and gaining buy in of stakeholders to aid overall performance
* Be the point of contact for strategic and high-level Finance related matters from your stakeholders
* Act as a mentor in providing nurturing support to peers
Who are we looking for? If you match the following profile, we'd love to hear from you:
* A minimum of 1 year's experience in challenging senior stakeholders and challenging assumptions
* Qualified - or part-qualified accounting or finance qualification (ACA, CIMA, ACCA, CFA, AAT)
* Commercial acumen: the ability to translate accounting and financial performance into actionable insight
