* Be the central coordination point for our leadership team.
* Lead meeting management, communications, documentation and daily operations.
* Deliver outstanding onboarding experiences and support our people processes.
* Improve systems, workflows and tools to enhance productivity.
* Support cross-functional projects with structure, clarity and follow-through.
* Represent the team with professionalism and a solutions-oriented mindset.
You will act as the central point of coordination for the onsite management team, ensuring flawless operational support, excellent communication flow, and consistent delivery of business administration.
Qualifications
* Proactive ownership – you see what needs to be done and act.
* Ability to thrive during change and manage multiple priorities.
* Organisation, prioritisation, and attention to detail under time pressure.
* Flawless meeting management & action tracking.
* Strong MS Office – especially PowerPoint.
* Line management/mentoring exposure (apprentice/admin).
