Job Title: Field Sales Consultant
Salary: £26,000 basic starting salary, £2,400 annual car allowance, and an auto fuel card to cover all business mileage
Commission: Uncapped commission structure (OTE up to £60K)
Location: Derby (100% field-based)

About the Role:

As a Field Sales Consultant at Bionic, you'll engage directly with customers face-to-face, representing our brand and delivering outstanding service.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities:
* Build and maintain strong relationships with business owners.
* Identify new opportunities and generate leads by engaging with prospective and existing customers across the UK, averaging around 50 visits per day.
* Provide tailored solutions across multiple products, including energy, telecoms, and insurance.
* Become the trusted point of contact for your customers, ensuring top-tier service.
* Identify customer needs and present suitable solutions across various business essentials.
* Work towards daily, weekly, and monthly targets and KPIs.

Requirements:
* Clean Driver's License and valid car insurance; access to own vehicle (personal or rented).
* At least 18 months of lead generation & sales experience (B2B, field sales, lead generation).
* Experience in territory-based sales, generating leads, building pipelines, and achieving targets is desirable.
* Resilience to setbacks and the ability to react positively.
* Outstanding communication skills for building customer relationships.
* Self-management and accountability to grow and manage customer base.
* Target-driven, customer-centric mindset prioritizing customer needs.
