The role: Lead and enhance the risk management framework, strategy, and policies. Support proactive risk identification, assessment, and control across all departments. Provide guidance, training, and tools to embed consistent risk practices. Maintain risk registers and deliver accurate analysis and reporting. Conduct audits and assessments to ensure compliance and effective controls. Support corporate governance, policy development, and internal control improvements. Build strong stakeholder relationships to advance risk and governance initiatives. The Person As the successful candidate you will have the following background and experience: Essential: Degree or equivalent in a relevant discipline such as risk management, finance, accounting, insurance, business or administration. Be able to demonstrate experience in the below: Applying risk management audits and monitoring and reviewing risk registers. Implementing business risk management processes. Governance experience.
