Solar Commercial Sales Manager
Field-based – Otley, Leeds
Full-time, permanent
Up to £45,000 base + OTE £100,000 + company car
Tate Solar, part of the long-established Tate Group, is looking for a driven commercial solar sales professional to grow our solar PV pipeline across farms, estates, and rural businesses.
This is a consultative, relationship-led role focused on developing and closing commercial solar opportunities with support from in-house technical experts.
The Role
* Generate and convert commercial solar PV opportunities
* Work with business owners, farmers and landowners
* Identify roof & ground-mounted solar projects
* Build proposals showing ROI, savings and payback
* Manage deals from first conversation to signed contract
What You Need
* Proven B2B sales experience
* Solar / renewables experience required
* Strong commercial mindset and credibility with decision-makers
* Full UK driving licence
