We’re currently recruiting full-time and part-time Care Assistants to join our dedicated team supporting service users across Hertfordshire.
📍 Work Locations
Berkhamsted | The Dacorum District – Hemel Hempstead, Tring, Potten End, Redbourn, Cheddington, Bovingdon, Kensworth, Kings Langley & Pepperstock

1. Weekdays (Mon–Fri): £14.20 per hour
2. Weekends (Sat–Sun): £16.00 per hour
3. Mileage allowance: ÂŁ0.45p per mile

We run 7 days a week, offering flexible shifts to suit your lifestyle:
4. Day Shifts: 07:00 AM – 3:00 PM
5. Evening Shifts: 3:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Description
🌟 Your Role as a Care Assistant
As a Care Assistant, you’ll provide person-centred support to help people live independently and enjoy fulfilling lives.
Key Responsibilities:
6. Supporting daily living activities & promoting independence
7. Assisting with personal care (washing, dressing, toileting, grooming)
8. Supporting with mobility, transfers & aids
9. Providing medication support as per care plans
10. Preparing meals, drinks & monitoring nutrition
11. Helping with household tasks (cleaning, laundry, shopping, errands)
12. Offering companionship, reassurance & emotional support
13. Encouraging hobbies, interests & community activities
14. Keeping accurate records & communicating with families/professionals
