Overview
An experienced Structural Engineer is required to join a dynamic and progressive structural design consultancy in Henley‑On‑Thames. The role offers the option to work from the London office and focuses on designing contemporary residential and commercial buildings, as well as refurbishment and conversion projects.
Responsibilities
* Lead and manage multiple structural design projects, primarily in the residential and commercial sectors.
* Design new builds, refurbishments, conversions, contemporary, humanitarian and community works.
* Mentor junior staff and guide project teams.
* Maintain strong communication with the full design‑to‑construction chain.
Qualifications
* Several years of experience in buildings design practice.
* Strong hands‑on structural design skills.
* Outgoing personality with excellent relationship‑building abilities.
* MICE or MIStructE qualification preferred.
* Eligible to live and work in the UK.
