We are working with a well-respected, close-knit secondary school in Portsmouth. With over 800 students, the school is recognised for its supportive leadership, excellent student behaviour, and strong sense of community. They are now seeking a passionate PE teacher to join their team from September 2025.
The Role:
As a PE Teacher, you will:
* Join a committed and energetic PE department in Portsmouth.
* Deliver engaging and inclusive physical education lessons across Key Stages 3 and 4.
* Promote health, fitness, teamwork, and personal development.
* Contribute to extra-curricular sport and whole-school events.
* Work full-time in a long-term position with potential for permanency.
About You:
We're looking for someone who is:
* A qualified teacher with a recognised teaching qualification (ECTs welcome).
* Confident in teaching PE to a range of abilities across KS3 and KS4.
* Passionate about physical activity, sport, and student wellbeing.
* A strong team player who will support the department and contribute to wider school life in Portsmouth.
