Fixed Term for 12 months due to funding
Children, Young People and Family Services, and the Hull Safeguarding Children Partnership, are recruiting to a full time Service Support Officer post which will provide high quality, efficient and responsive business support to the Families First Partnership Programme.
The post-holder will be actively involved in providing day to day administrative support. Excellent organisational skills are required and an ability to work under pressure and deal with conflicting demands whilst meeting deadlines.
You must possess good interpersonal and communication skills, have experience of working in a busy environment and have an understanding of project management processes and support required.
Responsibilities include arranging and attending meetings and engagement sessions, minute taking, action tracking and updating and maintaining Family First Partnership Programme information.
NVQ level 3 or equivalent qualification, skills and experience is essential, you must have excellent IT experience, the role can be emotionally demanding.
The post-holder needs to be able to maintain confidentiality.
