Skills & Qualifications
* Develop, document, and execute detailed test plans, test cases, and test scripts for Salesforce enhancements and projects.
* Perform functional, automation, integration, and user acceptance testing (UAT) across Salesforce clouds
* Collaborate with developers and admins to troubleshoot defects.
* Support release management activities, including deployment validation and post-release testing.
* Lead the continuous improvement of QA processes, standards, and automation frameworks.
Skills and Qualifications
* 3+ years of experience in Quality Assurance with at least 2+ years focused on Salesforce testing.
* Strong understanding of Salesforce platform functionality
* Experience with automated testing tools for Salesforce
* Experience working in Agile/Scrum environments.
* Salesforce certifications (e.g., Salesforce Administrator, Platform App Builder) are a plus.
