Salary: Competitive Salary + 15% bonus opportunity + company car
Working: Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours per week
Territory: North of the UK
You will be working with Powerforce to fulfill the role of Regional Field Sales Manager on our pladis Global team, a leader in the sweet biscuit category (McVities, Go Ahead), makers of premium chocolate Godiva and savory biscuit brand, Jacobs.
You will be responsible for:
1. Managing, training, and developing a team of Business Development Executives
2. Leading the field team, instilling a passion for performance and achievement, and driving ROI for pladis
3. Developing team operating standards using insights from the field and collected data to drive best practices and continuous improvement
4. Embedding and championing our client's values and Powerforce’s people promise principles across the team
5. Ensuring company standard operating systems are embedded across your team
You will have:
1. A full UK (or European) driving license for at least 12 months
2. Experience managing a field sales team and a strong personal sales background
3. Storage space at home suitable for point of sale materials
