Role Purpose:
Deloitte is seeking an experienced Business Change Manager to join its Central Business Service Transformation function. In this role, you will be responsible for developing, executing, and monitoring comprehensive change management plans to ensure the successful adoption of new standards, processes, and tools, particularly those related to AI, through effective communications and training.
Key Responsibilities:
Leading the identification and analysis of changes, assessing business impacts, and determining training needs. You will also consult with stakeholders to understand their needs and concerns, facilitating effective communication throughout transitions, and co-develop and co-implement communication and training plans to ensure seamless integration of new strategies. Furthermore, you will manage resistance by anticipating challenges and implementing strategies to ensure smooth transitions.
Required Skills & Experience:
Must have experience of large-scale business change management
Stakeholder management - able to engage, influence and communicate with technical and non-technical stakeholders including senior leadership and present complex information clearly and concisely. Identify, analyse and strategically engage with stakeholders to ensure buy-in and minimise resistance to change.
Communication skills with the ability to influence others to gain their support for change.
Ability to manage change across numerous and diverse teams.
Experience and knowledge of business change management principles, methodologies and tools.
Desirable Skills & Experience:
Previous experience with Introhive or similar or similar CRM systems
Previous experience with data cleansing projects
Proven in depth change management experience using a variety of change management methodologies
Demonstrated knowledge and experience in change management and communications
Experience implementing changes to business processes, technologies and systems
Proven experience in working in project teams and implementing a change programme of work
Strong verbal and written communication capabilities
PROSCI qualified
Experience of Waterfall and Agile delivery methodologies
Deliverables: responsibilities but not limited to
Lead the delivery of change management and communication activities across the programme.
Develop and implement change and engagement plans, aligned to the product release.
Create and deliver communications and training material to enable user adoption.
