Be part of a transformative journey and make a real impact today ! Typical day as a HAP Coordinator To support customers in completing their HAP modules in particular sustaining a tenancy. Customer group Parent and Child service. Weekly HAP appointment with individual customers. Register all new customers onto HAP Ensure customers complete 3 modules during their stay. You will be delivering training and offering support to front line colleagues giving them all the tools and confidence they need for this to be a success.
