Business Central Consultant (Construction)
We’re working with a growing Microsoft Partner that’s really making waves in the SME space, and they’re looking to bring in an experienced Business Central Consultant with Construction industry experience to join the team.
This is a hands-on, client-facing role where you’ll be leading full end-to-end implementations. From discovery and design through to go-live and support. You’ll be working closely with construction clients, helping streamline processes across finance, projects, and operations.

What you’ll be doing
* Leading full lifecycle D365 Business Central implementations
* Running workshops, gathering requirements, and shaping solutions
* Working closely with construction-focused clients (projects, job costing, subcontracting, etc.)
* Configuring the system and supporting data migration, testing, and go-live
* Delivering user training and ongoing support
* Supporting pre-sales with demos and solution input where needed
* Acting as a trusted advisor throughout the full project lifecycle
What they’re looking for
* 3+ years working with Dynamics NAV / Business Central
* Strong experience delivering end-to-end implementations
* Hands-on experience within the Construction industry (this is key)
* Good understanding of areas like job costing, project accounting, or subcontractor management
* Confident working directly with clients and managing stakeholders
* Someone proactive, collaborative, and keen to keep learning
