We're currently looking to hire a Flight Operations/Global Engagement Scheduler to join our team based at the Training Campus in Crawley. This facility is located close to London's Gatwick Airport.
Position Responsibilities:
* Applies knowledge of policies, procedures, regulations and standard best practices to deliver informational or technical materials to others
* Participates in the development and implementation of plans and objectives to meet departmental requirements
* Assists in the research and evaluation of organizational issues of moderate scope and complexity
* Supports meetings and reviews to ensure that information visibility is provided.
* Gathers requirements for projects of moderate scope and complexity and ensures all requirements are met
* Contributes to the development and maintenance of the department schedule and budget; assists in monitoring and tracking execution of the plan and communicates plan status
* Plans and coordinates facility requirements by interfacing with focal points to satisfy the needs of the business and employees
* Maintains and tracks training requirements
* Assists with content development of training materials by interfacing with others
* Works under general supervision
This position is expected to be 100% onsite.
Required Qualifications:
* Experience with CAAS, DGCA, CAAC, EASA, and FAA rules and regulations regarding pilot currency and proficiency
Preferred Qualifications:
* Dispatcher License
* Bachelor degree or higher
