Job Title: Senior Architectural Technologist

Location: Durham
Salary: £38,000 - £45,000
This is a fantastic opportunity to join an award-winning multidisciplined practice who work on projects across all building sectors. They are on the lookout for an experienced Senior Architectural Technologist to join their Durham studio.

Duties for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Manage and deliver on a range of projects from inception through to completion
- Prepare building regulation packages and submit planning applications
- Undertake site visits to ensure high quality and technical compliance is achieved
- Liaise with clients, consultants, contractors and other members of a multidisciplinary team
Skills and experience for the role of Senior Architectural Technologist:
- Degree within Architectural Technology
- Significant post qualification experience as an Architectural Technologist within a UK practice
- Proficiency with Revit
- Job running experience
- Strong working knowledge of UK building regulations
- Excellent technical detailing skills
- Strong communication and organisational skills
- Live within a commutable distance to the Durham area
