Who you are:
* A seasoned leader with a proven track record of managing large, complex food processing sites exceeding £100m turnover and 800+ employees.
* A confident and decisive decision-maker, able to inspire and motivate teams to achieve operational excellence.
* An astute financial manager with a deep understanding of cost control, budgeting, and investment planning.
* An expert in food manufacturing systems, from ingredient sourcing and processing to packaging and distribution.
* A logistics maestro, overseeing a seamless supply chain and ensuring efficient delivery of quality products.
* A communicator who builds strong relationships across all levels, fostering a positive and collaborative work environment.
What you'll do:
