Ensure all visitors receive a warm and professional welcome upon arrival.
Manage meeting room bookings and ensure rooms are prepared to a high standard.
Handle incoming calls and direct them appropriately with a courteous manner.
Assist with general administrative tasks to support the office team.
Monitor and maintain office supplies, ensuring stock levels are adequate.
Maintain a tidy and presentable reception area at all times.
Liaise with external suppliers and service providers as needed.
Support with ad hoc tasks to ensure the smooth running of the office.Profile
A successful Part-Time Office Host should have:
Previous experience in a similar office-based or customer-facing role.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
The ability to manage multiple tasks effectively and efficiently.
