We are a leading manufacturer of quartz glass products and thermocouples with over 3 decades of industry experience, offering a stable and long-term role within a close-knit team.
In this role you will be responsible for ensuring the quality of incoming goods as well as outgoing manufactured products, interpreting engineering and technical drawings, completing inspections using verniers, calipers, and micrometers, and producing quality reports that provide feedback to production staff.
Qualifications and Experience:
* Quality Engineer or similar, from a Manufacturing background
* Commutable distance to East Kilbride
Responsibilities:
* Inspecting incoming goods and outgoing manufactured products
* Reading engineering and technical drawings
* Inspecting goods and products using verniers, calipers, and micrometers
