About The Role
The Accident Repair Centre Manager / Bodyshop Manager role is both demanding and rewarding. It plays a critical part in:
* Supporting the Group Accident Repair Centre division and strategy
* Helping the wider Group achieve its objectives
You will oversee all disciplines of the Accident Repair Centre and be responsible for:
* Maximising departmental profitability
* Achieving the business plan and company objectives
Key Responsibilities
* Ensure the smooth and timely flow of work through the Bodyshop to maximise productivity
* Maintain high quality standards to achieve customer satisfaction
* Control and maintain resources, stock, and equipment to improve performance
* Lead, coach, and develop your team to:
o Create a motivational working environment
o Support colleague retention
o Encourage continuous improvement
o Promote enhanced performance
* Maintain excellent working relationships with work providers and suppliers
What We're Looking For
* Experience working within a Bodyshop or Repair Centre
* A Full UK Driving Licence is essential
