Its policy to offer new colleagues joining us a minimum of 16 guaranteed hours each week; if you would like to work fewer hours (to a minimum of 12) we have opportunities for this too.
The table shows the periods of time in the week we would like you to be available to work – the availability windows. We will schedule your contracted hours within these times, and you will have 3 weeks’ notice of exactly when your shifts will be. We are happy to support flexibility for our colleagues, therefore if the times you are available to work match closely but not exactly to the times we are advertising, we would still love to hear from you. Our Customer Delivery Driver rate of pay starts from £13.35 an hour; this increases to £14.56 for stores inside the M25. Additional payments may also apply depending on location.

Responsibilities
You will be responsible for delivering your part of our customer shopping trip by:
* Ensuring the van and trays are clean and tidy
* Leaving the back yard clean and free of rubbish, picking up litter as I see it
* Washing trays as part of the tray wash process
* Loading the van as required and checking the van for roadworthiness
* Speaking to the customer about changes to their order, including substitutions, offering a refund for anything they are unhappy with
* Taking care of products and deliveries as if they were my own
* Explaining to the customer that substitutions will not be charged extra
* Delivering during the customer’s time slot
* Calling the customer before arriving if arriving early
* Calling the store/centre if running 30 minutes or more late
Requirements
* Build relationships with colleagues to create team spirit
* Be warm and welcoming in interactions with customers and colleagues
* Act quickly to respond to changing customer needs and embrace change within the store
* Be energetic and driven to deliver beyond expectations, balancing home and work
* Share ideas with the Manager and colleagues on how to improve the store
* A valid UK/EU/EEA Driving licence (Full or Automatic only) for at least 12 months with no more than 3 penalty points
* A valid driving role via licence requirement as applicable
