As Corporate Tax Assistant Manager, you will work closely with managers and partners to deliver a comprehensive range of corporate tax compliance and advisory services to a diverse and stimulating portfolio of clients. Key Responsibilities
* Supporting the management and delivery of corporate tax compliance and advisory services across a varied client portfolio
* Advising on corporation tax, group structures, and business reorganisations under the guidance of senior staff
* Preparing and reviewing corporate tax returns and computations to a high standard
* Building and maintaining strong client relationships as a trusted point of contact
* Assisting with the identification of tax planning opportunities and presenting recommendations clearly
* Supervising and mentoring junior members of the corporate tax team
Requirements
* CTA and/or ACA/ACCA qualified with a solid corporate tax background gained within practice
* At least four years' experience working within a UK Practice environment
* Proven experience delivering corporate tax compliance and advisory work across a range of clients
* Strong technical knowledge of UK corporation tax legislation and current developments
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with a confident client-facing manner
* A proactive and commercially minded approach with a genuine ambition to progress
