Customer Account Manager / Customer Service Advisor Salary: £26,500 + Commission & Monthly Bonus Hours: Monday-Friday, 9am-5pm Location: Southampton We're working with a well-established, employee-focused business that's looking to add a Customer Account Administrator to their customer services and sales team. This role is all about managing existing accounts, delivering excellent service, and building strong, long-term customer relationships. You'll handle customer enquiries from start to finish, support account growth, and play a key role in maintaining high service standards within a fast-paced environment.
