Workplace Manager (WPM) – M5
HOURS: 40 hours per week, Monday to Friday, 8:30am to 5:00pm
LOCATION: Direct Line - Liverpool - One St Pauls Square

We're looking for a Workplace Manager (WPM) to take full ownership of a single site, ensuring exceptional service delivery, operational performance and a positive client experience.
Responsibilities
* Own end-to-end service delivery for the site, ensuring SLAs, KPIs and standards are consistently met
* Lead and manage the on‑site team, providing coaching, feedback and development to build a high‑performing and engaged workforce
* Act as the primary point of contact for the client, managing relationships, expectations and escalations effectively
* Ensure compliance across QHSE, audits, RAMS and permits, maintaining audit readiness at all times
* Drive service integration across cleaning, security, catering and engineering teams, ensuring one joined‑up delivery model
Qualifications
* Previous experience managing site operations and service delivery within a facilities management environment
* Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills with the ability to build effective working relationships
* Experience managing compliance, risk and audit processes
* Ability to analyse performance data and drive continuous improvement initiatives
* Strong communication and organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities
