Your new role
As a Senior Mechanical Estimator, you'll be at the heart of their project success. You'll prepare detailed cost estimates and bid documents for a variety of mechanical construction projects. Your role involves reviewing drawings, coordinating with suppliers and clients, and ensuring every detail is captured for accurate estimates. You'll also provide guidance and training to new hires, representing ourpany with professionalism and expertise.
What you'll need to succeed
To thrive in this role, you'll need:
1. A Bachelor's degree in mechanical engineering or equivalent qualifications.
2. At least 5 years of experience in mechanical installations.
3. Expertise in high-rise, industrial,mercial, and institutional projects.
4. Proficiency in using Accubid BidWinner and Microsoft Office.
5. Excellentmunication, organizational, and interpersonal skills.
6. The ability to manage multiple tasks under time constraints and work effectively as part of a team.
7. Strong administration and organizational skills, with a knack for procurement techniques and policies.
