The role of a Cover Supervisor includes:
* Delivering pre-prepared lessons across KS3 and KS4 in the absence of a teacher
* Managing classroom behaviour to maintain a positive learning environment
* Encouraging student participation and ensuring lessons stay on track
* Adapting to different year groups and subject areas within the school
* Providing support and guidance to students during their learning
The successful Cover Supervisor will have:
* CACHE Level 2/3 qualification OR at least 6 months classroom experience
* Confidence and resilience to lead classes of students aged
* Strong classroom management and communication skills
* Flexibility to work across different departments and year groups
