We are looking to recruit an Administrator to join our team in Sandridge Park, St Albans.
About the role
Joining our team, you’ll provide administration support to the Voids team mainly; managing and distributing incoming mail, making up void packs, Phase 1 & 2 360 virtual tours, loading certifications and scanning completed voids packs onto the system, updating trackers, using our MSi system, you’ll actively raising new void jobs and allocating new works orders to Operatives and supply chain instructions.
Using our MSi system, you’ll actively schedule available operatives and subcontractors to jobs, discuss complex repairs, demanding customers and those who have suffered service failure, where your role is to instil the customers confidence.
About you
Candidates will have good working knowledge of Microsoft Office, with strong administration, organisational and communication skills, both written and verbal. With a positive 'can-do’ attitude to work, strong problem-solving abilities, and excellent customer service skills, with the ability to work well both independently and as part of a team.
Previous experience in Social Housing, particularly within the repairs and maintenance sector, will be beneficial.
Must have resided in the UK for over 3 years to be eligible.
