Key Responsibilities
* Perform accurate and competent delivery of radiation therapy treatments
* Operate Varian equipment to deliver high-quality, safe, and effective patient care
* Apply IGRT training to carry out image-guided radiotherapy procedures
* Maintain precise records of treatment delivery and patient progress
* Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to optimise treatment outcomes and ensure best practice
* Adhere to all health, safety, and professional regulations within the department
* Communicate effectively with patients, offering compassionate support and clear information throughout their treatment
Requirements
* HCPC registration as a Therapeutic Radiographer
* Proficiency in using Varian equipment and knowledge of IGRT procedures
* Strong technical and communication skills
* Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team
* Full UK driving licence, as travel may be required
