What you’ll be doing

At Lloyds Banking Group, we’re redefining marketing by embracing cutting‑edge technologies and investing in our systems, capabilities, and people. Our ambition is to lead the industry in digital marketing and customer experience, with a strong focus on creating needs‑based content and seamless digital journeys.

Our website is a critical platform for enabling and supporting customers, while shaping consideration of Lloyds Banking Group, our brands, and products. Through the design and development of compelling site content that engages customers and maximises SEO and GEO reach, we aim to deliver experiences that exceed customer expectations.

This is a critical analytical role with responsibilities that include supporting the implementation and development of the Public Website measurement framework, building and maintaining dashboards and standard reports, and delivering accurate reporting and actionable insights to inform strategic prioritisation.

The role involves conducting customer and competitor analysis, collaborating with planners and content leads to estimate and report on the impact of campaigns and major content changes, and ensuring robust measurement through quality‑assured tracking. Strong technical proficiency in analytics and visualisation tools, combined with the ability to communicate insights clearly, is essential.

Previous experience in data engineering or performance analysis is desirable.

What we’re looking for

* Technical Analysis & Reporting: Build, update, and maintain dashboards and automated reports, ensuring accuracy and efficiency in data delivery.
* Data Quality & Governance: Implement robust tagging and QA processes to guarantee trustworthy insights and minimise errors.
* Customer & Market Insight: Conduct campaign performance analysis and competitor reviews to inform strategic decisions and optimise outcomes.
* Analytical Tools Proficiency: Strong experience, ideally 2 years, with analytics and visualisation tools.
* Collaboration & Communication: Work effectively across teams to present findings clearly and maintain comprehensive documentation for consistency.
* Problem‑Solving & Insight Generation: Identify anomalies, emerging trends, and optimisation opportunities through proactive analysis.

Nice‑to‑have Experience

* Decision Support: Deliver actionable insights that influence planning, prioritisation, and content optimisation strategies.
* Continuous Improvement: Drive automation of recurring views and processes to improve efficiency and scalability.

Equality & Diversity

Our ambition is to be the leading UK business for diversity, equity and inclusion supporting our customers, colleagues and communities, and we’re committed to creating an environment in which everyone can thrive, learn and develop. We were one of the first major organisations to set goals on diversity in senior roles, create a menopause health package, and a dedicated Working with Cancer Initiative. We offer reasonable workplace adjustments for colleagues with disabilities, including flexibility in office attendance, location and working patterns. As a Disability Confident Leader, we guarantee interviews for a fair and proportionate number of applicants who meet the minimum criteria for the role with a disability, long‑term health or neurodivergent condition through the Disability Confident Scheme. We provide reasonable adjustments throughout the recruitment process to reduce or remove barriers. Just let us know what you need.

Benefits

* A generous pension contribution of up to 15%
* An annual performance‑related bonus
* Share schemes including free shares
* Benefits you can adapt to your lifestyle, such as discounted shopping
* 28 days’ holiday, with bank holidays on top
* A range of wellbeing initiatives and generous parental leave policies
