Job Title: Apprentice Chef

Responsibilities:
1. Be a champion of brand standards.
2. Prepare everything needed before a busy shift.
3. Cook to specifications and work with recipes.
No prior experience is necessary, as we will provide comprehensive training. If you're eager to learn and proud to work with us, we'll show you what it takes to become a vital team member in any kitchen.
You will undertake a full-time role under the supervision of passionate chefs, alongside your training. This includes earning a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship and supporting the smooth operation of our kitchens to create memorable experiences for our guests.
What your apprenticeship includes:
* Regular face-to-face and virtual catch-ups every 4-6 weeks.
* On and off-the-job training, including workshops and webinars.
* Quarterly reviews with your Apprentice mentor, Line Manager, and Trainer.
* Feedback sessions to discuss your progress.
* Support to obtain Functional Skills in English and Maths (if needed).
* 30 hours paid work per week.

Wage:
* 16-20 year olds: £8.60 per hour
* 21+ year olds: £11.44 per hour
At Mitchells and Butlers, you'll work towards a Level 2 Production Chef Apprenticeship over 15 months.
