Permanent Internal Sales Executive required for one of NI's largest independent Plumbing & Heating Merchants based in Castlereagh. Job Purpose: To provide outstanding customer service at the branch counter and over the telephone, while assisting in maintaining existing sales and developing new sales opportunities for the branch. Duties will include: Providing customers with expert advice on range of products Liaising with suppliers and maintaining strong working relationships Serving customers at the trade counter in a professional manner Communicating with customers via telephone and email to include preparing quotations promptly and professionally.
