The Role
As a Financial Services Advisor, you will play a key role in delivering tailored financial solutions to both private and corporate clients. Key Responsibilities
* Provide bespoke financial planning and wealth management advice to individual clients.
* Support businesses with risk management, employee benefits, and protection strategies.
* Analyse client needs to create and present tailored recommendations.

* Keep up to date with industry developments, products, and regulatory changes.
* Identify opportunities for cross-selling and enhancing client value.
* Ensure all advice and recommendations are compliant with relevant regulations and industry standards.

About You

* Experience in financial services, wealth management, insurance, or employee benefits.
* Strong knowledge of financial planning principles and protection strategies.

* Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team.
* Regulatory qualifications appropriate to the role (e.g., Level 4 Diploma in Financial Planning or equivalent).
