We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident apprentice to provide support to our Quality and People Team in the newly created role of Quality and People Support Apprentice. The Quality and People Team provides a variety of key services including Human Resources and Clinical Audit and is a great place to embark on a career in healthcare.
The post will be based at Hamilton House, Lowestoft but there may be times when you are required to travel to other ECCH locations in the Great Yarmouth and Waveney area as required.
For the first year of this apprenticeship the hourly rate will be £7.55. After 12 months the hourly rate will increase to the national living or minimum wage depending on your age. For more information please go to National Minimum Wage and National Living Wage rates - GOV.UK

Responsibilities
* Duties will include providing a high standard of administrative support to the Quality and People Team in the provision of an effective business-focused service to ECCH managers and colleagues supporting the implementation of the annual Quality and People Work plan.
* The role will include providing administrative support for ECCH's training programmes and will contribute to the organisation and coordination of learning opportunities of all employees.
Qualifications
* The successful candidate for this training post will commit to undertaking a Level 3 Business Administration Apprenticeship within the 2 year duration of the apprenticeship.
