Responsibilities
This role sits at the very heart of DNA and is specifically a Buy to Let focused position, designed for target-driven, ambitious individuals who want to build a long-term career as a Specialist Mortgage Broker while delivering truly client-centric outcomes.
As a Specialist Mortgage Broker within our Buy to Let division, you will operate in a fast-paced and professional environment, supporting property investors with straightforward and complex BTL structures. You will manage client relationships from appointment (leads provided) through to completion, working closely with the qualification team, dedicated case managers, and internal teams to deliver high-quality, compliant advice.
You will develop and apply deep technical knowledge across Buy to Let lending, portfolio structuring, limited company borrowing, and non-standard scenarios, while maintaining a strong commercial focus and commitment to doing what is right for the client.
This role also offers clear progression. Following a sustained period of mortgage success, typically within the first 18 months of your tenure, high performers will have the opportunity to expand into short term finance, including bridging and refurbishment, and ultimately into commercial finance. This pathway ensures depth first, then breadth, building genuine expertise before diversifying into wider specialist areas.

CeMAP and experience within a specialist mortgage or Buy to Let environment for at least the previous 2 years is required. Personality, professionalism, sales discipline, and the ability to build trust with clients are key to success in this role.
