Tradewind is recruiting for a qualified and experienced teacher to work in Alternative Provision settings across [insert area]. These schools cater to pupils who have been excluded from mainstream education or require a more supportive, tailored environment to thrive. About the Role: You will be teaching small classes of pupils with SEMH needs, often on a personalised curriculum designed to re-engage them with learning. Working closely with support staff and behavioural leads, you'll deliver high-impact lessons while promoting emotional regulation, resilience, and confidence.
