Overseeing contract monitoring to the highest industry standards, ensuring compliance with UK construction contracts, and managing tender processes with meticulous attention to detail.
Implementing and maintaining efficient business processes and procedures, providing managerial oversight to our growing technical team, and developing quarterly objectives to ensure strategic alignment and managing our internal budget and contracts.
Shaping our service offering to best meet target client needs and ensure that our team can deliver high value consultancy to appropriate target markets
Contributing to the development of high-quality technical reports, infographics, and presentations to support our project documentation.

A minimum of 5 years post-chartership experience with a leading building or construction consultancy.
A deep understanding of UK construction consultancy contracts, defect analysis, and procurement.
Experience in construction monitoring and employer’s agent responsibilities.
A natural completer-finisher, who takes pride in structuring and optimising business operations. Is dependable and systematic, capable of shaping and testing procedures and processes to grow the business.
Makes decisions based on logic and practicality, focusing on concrete data and evidence.
