Our team is dedicated to delivering exceptional service to both our clients and candidates, and we are looking for a highly motivated and experienced Trades and Labour Recruitment Consultant to join our team.
The Role:
As a Divisional Manager you will be responsible for building a new desk, and growing our Industrial brand, managing the full recruitment cycle from winning new business and sourcing candidates, to placing them in appropriate roles. We will offer you all resources that you need to be successful, as our vision is to grow a team around you.
This role will offer the opportunity to progress to Associate Directorship. You will have full autonomy to work this market as a market specialist without any micro management.
Responsibilities:
• Developing new business opportunities through networking and business development activities.
• Building strong relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs and provide them with the best service.
• Negotiating rates and contracts with clients and candidates.
• Managing the recruitment process from start to finish, ensuring all compliance and regulatory requirements are met.
• Screening candidates in order to send the right candidate for your client’s requirements.
• Providing exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
Requirements:
• Minimum of 5 years experience in Industrial recruitment role with a proven track record of winning new business.
• A proven track record of meeting and exceeding targets.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong negotiation skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
