About the Role: Provide in-class support to pupils across the school, working closely with the class teacher. Assist with the delivery of lessons and learning activities, supporting pupils to stay engaged and on task. Offer targeted support to individuals and small groups to reinforce learning. Support pupils with additional needs, including SEND and EAL, adapting approaches where necessary. Help create a positive, inclusive, and well-managed classroom environment. Support pupils’ social, emotional, and behavioural development. Assist with classroom organisation, preparation of resources, and daily routines.
