We\'re Hiring: Family Support Worker (Outreach Team) – Liverpool | Full-time (37 hrs) | 3-month contract (with potential to extend)
Do you have a passion for supporting children and families? We\'re looking for an enthusiastic Family Support Worker to join our Outreach Team in Liverpool. This is your chance to make a real difference by helping families overcome challenges, build resilience, and create brighter futures for children and young people.
Responsibilities
* Visiting families at home and in the community to provide tailored support
* Working closely with schools, health professionals, and partner agencies
* Creating and delivering support plans that bring about positive change
* Promoting safeguarding and wellbeing at every step
Qualifications
* Previous experience working with children and families (essential)
* A caring, proactive, and resilient approach
* A full UK driving licence and access to your own car (essential for outreach work)
* Strong communication skills and the ability to build trust with families
