Senior Digital Manager
Location: Hybrid – with regular time in our London office
Reports to: Head of Marketing
Are you a strategic digital leader, with a creative mindset, who can see the bigger picture while delivering meaningful, resident-focused experiences? Do you have the technical expertise to transform websites and the people skills to bring others with you?
We're looking for a Senior Digital Manager to lead the transformation of our resident-facing website and manage our Group site – our digital shop windows. You'll bring energy and inspiration to create a best-in-class customer experience for our residents, building ways to connect with our communities online and creating a digital experience which meets our residents' needs.
You'll be driven by making the user experience easy and efficient and our content more local, inclusive and relevant. You'll ensure we're providing a seamless and consistent experience across all our digital channels, all to build our residents' trust.
This is a strategic role with a social purpose – ideal for a digital expert who combines artistic flair with technical skill and a deep understanding of user journeys.
What you'll be doing:
* Leading the transformation of our websites' UX and UI, with a strong focus on resident experience and accessibility.
* Developing a strategic digital roadmap which delivers on our commitment to better services for our residents and their communities and which reflects our purpose and values.
* Localising our resident website to reflect the voices of our neighbourhoods and communities, making our websites feel connected and relevant.
* Managing a small digital team (1 direct report, team of 2), fostering creativity, inclusion and continuous improvement.
* Overseeing SEO, performance analytics and KPIs to drive engagement and demonstrate impact.
* Championing inclusive design and ensuring our websites reflect the diversity of our residents.
* Advising stakeholders across the business with empathy and diplomacy, helping them tell their service stories online.
* Staying ahead of digital trends and innovations to continuously enhance our offer.
Key Performance Measures:
* Website transformation - Deliver a transformed, accessible and resident-focused website with improved user experience, navigation, engagement and trust.
* Digital strategy and integration - Align website content with marketing and communications strategy, ensuring consistency of brand, tone and purpose across platforms.
* Performance and impact - Drive SEO growth and report clearly on digital performance, ROI and team development.

Candidate Profile
We're looking for someone who is:
* A strategic digital leader with experience transforming websites and improving UX/UI with the user at the heart.
* Skilled in designing inclusive, resident-focused digital journeys which reflect local communities.
* Creative, artistic and technically confident – with a flair for storytelling and content design.
* Empathetic and diplomatic, able to engage stakeholders and balance diverse needs.
* A strong communicator and collaborator, with excellent people and leadership skills.
* Experienced in managing small teams and delivering complex projects at pace.
* Comfortable using data and analytics to drive decisions and measure impact.
* Experience of housing or with a social purpose background beneficial.

Important Information
* You must have the right to work in the UK; we are unable to provide visa sponsorship.
* You must be able to work in the office at least two days per week.
* First stage in person interviews will be held on the 16 October, final stage interviews will take place on teams on the 22 October.
