Finance Transformation Business Analyst - Tax

Are you an experienced Tax Business Analyst with a passion for transformation? We're seeking a proactive individual to lead tax-related change initiatives within a major financial institution's EMEA Finance division. This role focuses on FATCA, CRS, and UK VAT compliance across a multi-entity environment, driving process improvements, data governance, and solution design.


What You'll Do

* Deliver key projects including:
o VAT Transformation - Improve efficiency, data validation, and transparency in returns processing.
o FATCA/CRS Compliance - Enhance operational efficiency and reporting accuracy.
* Act as the primary BA for tax projects, supporting other finance initiatives as needed.
* Define requirements, design solutions, and manage testing across the full project lifecycle.
* Partner with IT and Architecture teams to implement tax engines and reporting solutions.
* Lead stakeholder engagement and ensure robust governance and risk management.
