Role Description
This is a self-employed on-site role for a Personal assistant based in Eastbourne. The PA will deliver essential services that promote clients' independence, including assisting with daily routines, household tasks, meal preparation, companionship and more. The role involves engaging with clients to assess their unique needs and coordinating personalised support plans in collaboration with families and other professionals. The worker will ensure the services are provided with empathy, reliability, and respect at all times.
Rates of pay from £17ph - £21ph
Qualifications
* Strong Interpersonal Skills and Communication abilities to connect with clients and families effectively
* Experience in Community Support and Community Health services
* Skills in Case Management and tailoring support plans based on individual needs
* Empathy, integrity, and a passion for helping others
* Knowledge of or experience in social care practices is desirable
* Proven ability to work independently and as part of a team
* Valid driver’s license and business insurance is essential
* Level 3 qualification in health and social care is desirable
* Must hold valid Public liability insurance
* Must hold Valid DBS for adult workforce or be willing to obtain one during onboarding
