The Role
As a Home Care Worker, you will support people of all ages with personal care (washing, dressing, continence support), medication and meal preparation, household tasks and daily routines, and encouraging independence and companionship.
Development Opportunities (after 6 months experience)
* Complex Care – support individuals with conditions such as spinal injuries, neurological disorders, and respiratory needs, including tracheostomy care, PEG feeding, postural support, and more.
* Children's Support – provide personal care, emotional support, and daily assistance for children and young people with complex needs.
* Mental Health Support – offer practical and emotional support to help individuals manage routines, reduce isolation, and build confidence.
Requirements
* At least 18 years old
* Willing to work flexible hours, including alternate weekends
* Enhanced DBS check and satisfactory references required
* For Complex Care, Children's or Mental Health duties, at least 6 months of hands‑on UK care experience (if not, induction training will be provided)
