Overview
As a Customer Team Member, you'll be part of a friendly team dedicated to helping our customers. You’ll provide great service on the tills and the shop floor, while also performing a wide range of other tasks around the store such as restocking shelves and cleaning up spillages.

Responsibilities
* Friendly and thoughtful service - put customers first in everything you do: responding to queries, championing Co-op products and Membership, and delivering a great shopping experience.
* Work together to make everyone\'s day better - support store colleagues to solve problems for customers and members.
* Keep the store safe and legal - keep the shelves stocked and ensure prices, dates, and temperatures are correct.
* Help introduce new products and services - make changes feel natural, sharing experiences with colleagues so everyone learns together.
* Support your local community - get involved in activities and events.
Qualifications
* A genuine care for the needs of customers and members.
* Great people skills with the ability to build positive relationships with customers and colleagues.
* A positive approach to change and problem solving.
* The flexibility to work a range of different shifts.
Pay and contract
Pay: £12.60 per hour
Contract: 12 hours per week + regular overtime, permanent, part time
Working pattern: varied shifts including early mornings (store opening), afternoons, late evenings (store closing) and weekends, to be discussed at interview.
